Answer

Serum: The result is reported as negative or positive with a value (blot intensity).

CSF: The result is reported as negative or positive

Interpretation

The antigen Tr is found in purkinje cells, most major neurons and several types of tumors, e.g. breast, ovary and SCLC, thymoma and in Hodgkins lymphoma. They often present as encephalomyelitis or cerebellar degeneration.
